At Sunshine Cleaning, we believe that professional cleaning should combine outstanding quality with fair, transparent pricing. Our rates are designed to reflect excellent value for Berlin’s standards — ensuring reliable service, exceptional results, and complete peace of mind.
General Cleaning
€19.69 (incl. VAT) per hour
Our general cleaning service includes all essentials to keep your home fresh, tidy, and spotless. You can personalize your booking by adding any of the following extras:
- Key Collection: €19.55
- Fridge Cleaning: €18.77
- Oven Cleaning: €18.77
- Inside Cabinets: +€4.17 per cabinet
- Window Cleaning (each reachable side): +€2.92
For larger apartments or houses, we recommend booking multiple cleaners to ensure efficient completion within your preferred timeframe.
Deep Cleaning / Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning
€25.93 (incl. VAT) per hour
Our deep cleaning service provides a complete, top-to-bottom clean — ideal for seasonal refreshes, renovations, or moving between homes.
If your property requires extra care, additional cleaners can be assigned. For example, two agents are billed at the hourly rate × 2 for maximum efficiency and time management.
Recommended Cleaning Duration
Below are general time estimates to help you plan your booking.
These suggestions apply to regularly maintained apartments. If your home hasn’t been cleaned recently, we recommend booking additional hours for the best results.
General Cleaning
- 30–50 sqm: 2–3 hours
- 50–85 sqm: 3–4 hours
- 85–120 sqm: 4–5 hours
- 120+ sqm: 6+ hours (minimum 2 cleaners recommended)

- 50–85 sqm: 8–14 hours (2–3 cleaners)
- 85–120 sqm: 14–18 hours (3–4 cleaners)
- 120+ sqm: 18+ hours (minimum 4 cleaners)

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
(For apartments mostly empty of furniture)
- 30–50 sqm: 5–6 hours (1–2 cleaners)
- 50–85 sqm: 6–12 hours (2 cleaners)
- 85–120 sqm: 12–15 hours (2–3 cleaners)
- 120+ sqm: 15+ hours (minimum 3 cleaners)
