Important Notes

If you’d like to include any of the excluded tasks, please discuss it with your cleaner before the appointment — ideally at the time of booking. This ensures the right tools and sufficient time are allocated.

Please note:

• Time-intensive tasks (such as oven or window cleaning) require additional hours.
  
  
• For complete coverage, we recommend our Spring / Deep Clean package, usually lasting around 8 hours.
  
  
• For safety reasons, cleaners may decline any task involving ladders or unsafe conditions.
